Key Responsibilities:
Lead the mobilisation process, ensuring smooth onboarding of new starters.
Take charge of site entry paperwork for our crews, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
Manage flight, accommodation, and vehicle hire bookings with ease.
Maintain and update accurate records related to mobilisation activities.
Oversee personnel records and site compliance, ensuring all company requirements are met.
Play a key role in the implementation of MEX and Stems, helping to establish efficient processes, maintain accurate system data and support ongoing business improvements.
Answer telephones promptly, directing enquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
Collate timesheets and assist in the timely submission to the payroll department.
Manage various company registers and provide vital administrative support across departments.
Selection Criteria:
Previous experience in mobilisation within the mining industry or a similar field will make you an ideal candidate.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite are essential, and MYOB experience is a plus.
A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and external stakeholders effectively.
High attention to detail with a focus on maintaining accuracy and meeting compliance standards.
Knowledge of the mining industry will give you an edge, but a willingness to learn and grow is just as important.
