Dispensary Technician | FT, PT & Casual Opportunities Available
We are building the foundation team for our brand-new Chemist Warehouse x Ultra Beauty store at Mt Ommaney and are looking for experienced and customer-focused Dispensary Technicians to join us.
With full-time, part-time and casual opportunities available, this is your chance to join a new store from day one and help create a supportive, efficient and customer-focused dispensary.
In this fast-paced and multifaceted role, you will work under Pharmacist supervision and perform dispensary duties in line with the standards set by the Pharmacy Board of Australia, the Pharmacy Guild of Australia and QCPP requirements.

A typical day might look like:
Welcoming customers and assisting with prescription and general pharmacy enquiries
Supporting Pharmacists with the accurate and efficient dispensing of medications
Providing medication information and customer support under Pharmacist supervision
Managing dispensary stock, including ordering, replenishment and expiry checks




Maintaining accurate customer records and completing dispensary administration
Working collaboratively with the pharmacy and retail teams to deliver a great customer experience
About you
Previous experience working in a pharmacy dispensary
A Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy Dispensary, or a willingness to complete relevant training
A robust eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A genuine passion for customer service and community pharmacy
Solid organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
A dedicated work ethic and a collaborative, team-focused approach
Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and evenings as required
Our team members work throughout the pharmacy during their shift and may be required to stand for extended periods.
Stock replenishment can also involve repetitive movements and lifting heavier items, so please keep this in mind when applying.
Successful applicants must meet National Criminal History Check requirements and hold appropriate working rights in Australia.
