Managing your own immigration files/clients (95% corporates, 5% individuals) focusing on visa classes 482,191,400,186,408 & 494 -providing full-spectrum advice including: visa options, eligibility,application merits, drafting submissions/labour agreements/letters of advice, preparing and lodging visa applications & liaising with immigration authorities/skills assessment bodies, responding to refusals.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Area RMA with a current MARA registration;
Have MINIMUM 6+ years (or more-seniors welcome) in immigration law specifically with experience with employer sponsored visas (essential.
Have proven ability to manage a high volume of cases in a busy quick-paced dead-line driven environment providing technical immigration legal advice to corporate clients (essential);
are proactive, results driven & passionate about making a positive impact on real people's lives.
