Job Description
Anchor Support Services Australia is a growing local provider delivering high-quality Aged Care and NDIS support services across the Grafton
Port Macquarie region.
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable and experienced Support Worker to join our team.
This is a casual position offering approximately 3 days per week, with opportunity to transition into a full-time role as our client base continues to grow.
About the Role
You will provide person-centred support to older Australians and people living with disabilities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Duties may include:
Personal Care
Domestic Assistance and household tasks
Community Access and Social Support
Transport to appointments and shopping
Meal Preparation
Medication assistance (where qualified)
Accurate progress notes and documentation
Essential Requirements




Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Current Australian Driver License
Reliable, insured vehicle
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
