Holiday Management Rights Couple or Individual
This role is for an experienced Management Rights Couple ($135,000 to $145,000) or Single Person ($85,000-$90,000) to manage a Holiday complex in Mooloolaba.
The letting pool is approximately 60.

No gardens to maintain.
This is a position where you will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:
Coordinate, manage, take care of the clientele from bookings to room checks to guest departure.
Communicate with guests, owners and body corporate committee.
Handle out of hours emergency phone calls (when required).
Daily trust account reconciliations.
Attend body corporate meetings and prepare reports.
End of Month processes including accounts payable.




Prepare scope of works for tenders/contractor works for various building projects.
Supervise and project manage projects to perform work on the common property and buildings.
Compliance with relevant Acts & by-laws.
Coordinate tradespeople for general repairs and maintenance.
Ensure all duties according to the schedule set out in the caretaking agreement.
All other aspects of managing and caretaking a Management Rights complex.
Experience Required
Proven experience in short term Management Rights with a minimum 2 years' experience.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and engaging personality when dealing with lot owners & committee members and trades people.
Good understanding of IT a plus.
Experience with Trust Accounting Software such as Resly or similar accounting software
Current Queensland Real Estate Agent License or Residential Letting Agent Licence Required
Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia and be able to pass police background check
