Shared Beginnings Early Learning is a fresh, values-driven early learning company on the lookout for passionate, caring and motivated Educators (Cert III & Diploma) and Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs) to join our growing teams in Kirrawee and Forestville!

About the Role

Depending on your qualification and experience, you will:
Support room leaders or lead your own room
Plan and deliver high-quality, child-led, play-based programs
Mentor and support educators (ECT & leadership roles)
Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
Contribute to observations,



documentation and program planning
Maintain child-safe environments and regulatory compliance
Embed EYLF, NQS and the Shared Foundations Approach
Contribute to a strong, inclusive and child-safe culture

About You
Certificate III, Diploma, or ACECQA-approved ECT qualification
Robust understanding of EYLF, NQS and inclusive practice
Passion for early learning and reflective practice
WWCC / Blue Card and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
