We are seeking a professional, organised and personable individual who enjoys working in a patient-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Previous dental experience is preferred but not essential. This position would suit an experienced dental, medical or specialist reception professional looking for a reliable long-term role within a supportive and highly professional team.

Patient appointment scheduling and management
Telephone and email enquiries
Treatment coordination and patient communication
Accounts and administrative duties
Management of patient records and correspondence
Providing an exceptional patient experience
