We’re now seeking a professional and compassionate Receptionist to work alongside another receptionist as part of our busy front-of-house team in our Sydney CBD office.
The role
As the first point of contact for the firm, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our office.
You will:
Meet and greet a wide range of visitors including clients, barristers and solicitors
Manage ahigh volume of incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
Direct enquiries efficiently and accurately
Maintain a polished and welcoming reception area
Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and care, particularly when dealing with clients during difficult times
About you
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Proven ability to handle large call volumes
Strong customer service experience
A compassionate, empathetic and skilled approach
The ability to multitask and remain organised in a rapid-paced environment
