AM Visuals is a video strategy-first content marketing agency based in Blacktown NSW. They are engaged by a variety of clients across Sydney and work closely with marketing teams and business owners to deliver testimonial videos, brand and website videos, YouTube and social media content, event coverage and podcast production.

This is a senior hands-on role requiring someone who can manage client relationships independently, lead creative concepts from brief to delivery, and oversee a team of editors — while remaining deeply involved in production and post-production themselves.

You’ll work directly with marketing managers and business owners, so the ability to communicate confidently and build genuine client rapport is as significant as your technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Planning & coordinating creative concept through to final delivery
Creating & developing storytelling strategies and creative concepts aligned with each client's sales and marketing objectives
Manage client relationships independently acting as the primary point of contact and account manager for key retained clients
Produce diverse content including testimonial videos, brand videos, YouTube content, Instagram Reels, event coverage, update videos and podcasts




Integrate 2D animation and motion graphics into video and social media projects
Plan and coordinate shoots including location scouting, talent and crew management
Manage and oversee a team of editors - providing creative direction, feedback and quality control
Manage project timelines and budgets across multiple concurrent productions
Integrate AI tools into daily production workflows to improve efficiency and output quality

Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years skilled experience as a Video Producer
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects including motion graphics
Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for post-production and colour grading
Demonstrated experience managing editors or a small production team
Experience producing content across multiple formats
Experience working with small businesses, building industry or property development highly regarded
Demonstrated ability to liaise confidently with marketing managers and stakeholders
Robust client-facing and account management skills
Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools
Familiarity with AI-assisted production workflows (Claude, Eddie AI or similar) advantageous
