Mayfield Dental Care and MS Dental are looking for a friendly, organised, and motivatedPart-Time Dental Receptionistto join our supportive team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
Initially, this position is to help cover annual leave and sick leave, with the opportunity for the role to grow into apermanent full-time positionin the future.
About the Role
Part-time position withdays negotiable
Hours:8:30 am - 5:45 pm
No weekend work
Work across our practice locations atMayfield, Cardiff, and Fletcher
Start date negotiable
Full training provided
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent reception and customer service skills
Is confident multitasking and prioritising a busy workload
Able to assist chair side when needed
Can manage multiple phone lines while providing outstanding patient care
Has a warm, friendly, and skilled manner




Enjoys engaging with patients and making them feel welcome
Works well independently and as part of a supportive team
Has strong organisational and communication skills
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience usingDentallyorDental4Windowssoftware will be highly regarded.
Experience in a dental setting.
Over 1 year reception experience.
