Front Reception – Teneriffe Athletic Club
Teneriffe Athletic Club is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Front Receptionist to join our team.
This is a casual role based in our gym in Teneriffe, QLD ****.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to members and prospects.
This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for health and fitness.
What you'll be doing
Greeting members and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
Answering and directing incoming phone calls, emails and in-person inquires
Performing basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing and follow ups
Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the reception and gym floor
Handling membership sales, including gym tours, and follow ups
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or reception role, preferably in a sports or fitness club environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people




Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
Proficient in using standard Microsoft Office and CRM softwares
A friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude
Ability to work autonomously and proactively to meet the standards of the role
