Manage a portfolio with confidence and autonomy
Oversee repairs and maintenance end-to-end
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Handle applications, leases and rent management
Resolve issues quickly, calmly and professionally
Keep landlords informed and supported at all times




Ensure compliance across all aspects of the portfolio
WHAT YOU BRING
Property Management experience
NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
Current driver's licence
Robust organisation and attention to detail
A calm, solutions-focused approach
Confident communication and people skills
Ability to juggle tasks without dropping the ball
