What you'll do:
We're looking for a talentedSenior Architect or Designerto join our Brisbane Living team and play a key role across a diverse mix of large-scale multi-residential projects.
This is a hands-on role suited to a creative, confident all-rounder who is equally comfortable designing, documenting and delivering.
You'll contribute to concept development, and help shape project narratives alongside our studio leaders.
Work across all project phases - from early concept to final delivery
Collaborate with internal project teams to understand and develop the design and documentation in response to stakeholder requirements
Prepare presentations and visualisations using Revit, Enscape, InDesign & Photoshop
Work closely with senior project architects to preserve design intent from concept to completion
Present ideas clearly - visually, verbally and in writing
Support project leaders in developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Receive mentorship and support,
working alongside highly experienced, collaborative Project Leaders and Principals
What you'll bring:
Post-graduate (M.Arch) experience and prior experience working across all stages of large-scale residential projects
Well-developed Revit and documentation skills
Knowledge of BCA/NCC, Australian Standards and local materials/suppliers, particularly with regards to residential projects
Creative problem-solving and a methodical, proactive approach
Design excellence in all you do, from project inception to completion
A collaborative mindset and transparent communication style
