Proven experience in a senior or advanced Trade Sales role
Solid understanding of trade-based sales environments
Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Ability to work autonomously while supporting team outcomes

Duties:
Processing over the counter/phone sale transactions
Provide expert product knowledge and tailored solutions to customers
Support branch operations during peak periods and ensure smooth workflow
Assist in coaching and mentoring team members
Maintain accurate sales records and follow internal processes and policies
Work collaboratively with branch and operations teams to meet business objectives
1 rostered day on the weekend each week (11 day Fortnight)
