National Workforce is partnering with a leading international manufacturer based in North Wyong. We are looking for experienced Production Workers to join the team, offering full-time hours and a genuine pathway to permanent employment.

The Role:
You will operate and monitor automated production machinery.
Your duties include accurately batching and mixing ingredients.
You will be responsible for packaging and labelling finished goods.
You must maintain a safe and efficient work setting at all times.

About You:
You have proven experience working in a manufacturing environment.
You are experienced with batching, mixing, and automated machinery.
Holding a current LF forklift license is highly advantageous.
You possess a robust work ethic and work well within a team.
