The Company This Solar focused Electrical Group is in an exciting period of growth and they are looking for a motivated individual who wants to grow with it. This company has been built of the back of quality, high end residential installations but is in the process of shifting towards a more commercial outlook. There is a solid pipeline of work and no requirement for you to bring in work on your own accord. Infrastructure is being put in place to have multiple crews in place simultaneously so be apart of the senior leadership team from day one.

Responsibilities




End to end management of residential and commercial solar projects from A to Z
Supervise apprentices and installers on site
Drive quality, compliance, and safety standards
Manage stock, workflow, and weekly schedules
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Help refine systems and processes as the company expands

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
NSW A-Grade Electrical Licence
SAAAccreditation (essential)
Minimum 3+ years of solar installation experience
Proven experience running jobs independently (ideal)Confident communicator with strong people skills
High standards, solid work ethic, ownership mindset
