What you will enjoy doing
Deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experience
Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner
Build strong collaborative relationships within the team and with other departments
Identify and communicate local growth opportunities and maintain efficient warehouse processes
Contribute to overall branch performance
Accurately and timely process orders in SAP
Comply with SPW safety policies and procedures
What makes you great
Experience in a retail sales environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong focus on customer service
SAP skills are desirable
Welding, fabrication or similar trade knowledge would be highly regarded
