AML Partners is a fast-growing Australian compliance business helping real estate agents, buyer's agents and conveyancers complete mandatory anti-money laundering checks for their buyers, sellers, vendors and purchasers.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and customer-focusedOffice Manager / Executive Assistantto join our team.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys being across multiple things at once, supporting customers, managing admin, keeping the office running smoothly and helping a growing business stay organised.
Real estate experience is highly regarded.
Someone who understands how agencies operate and has dealt with buyers, sellers, vendors, purchasers, agents or conveyancers would be a great fit.
About the role
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days will be the same.
You will support the AML Partners team with customer enquiries, office administration, inbox management, invoicing, accounts receivable, calendar management and general operational support.
You will work closely with the founders and operations team to help ensure our clients receive a professional, responsive and seamless experience.
Key responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone
Manage shared inboxes and ensure emails are actioned promptly
Assist clients with general questions about AML checks and onboarding
Prepare and send invoices
Follow up accounts receivable and outstanding payments
Book meetings and manage calendar invites
Support the founders with executive assistant tasks
Manage rosters and scheduling for AML operations team members
Maintain customer records and internal admin systems
Assist with onboarding new clients
Support general office operations and day-to-day administration
Help identify ways to improve processes as the business grows
About you
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident dealing with customers.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in real estate, conveyancing, administration, office management or executive support
Strong communication skills and a qualified phone/email manner
Experience dealing with buyers, sellers, vendors, purchasers or property clients
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confidence managing inboxes, calendars, invoices and customer follow-ups
Ability to work independently and take initiative
A positive, flexible and team-focused attitude
Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing business
AML or compliance experience is not essential — we can train the right person.
