You will work closely with engineers, project teams and leadership while managing invoicing, collections and debtor processes that directly support project delivery.

As a Junior Accounts Officer,



you'll support accounts receivable and payable across multiple offices.
You'll move beyond basic processing and get hands‐on with invoicing, collections, and debtor management while learning directly from an experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
Processing accounts payable invoices
Process employee expenses and maintain database
Respond to supplier queries
Assisting with Credit Card Reconciliations
Assisting with accounts receivable and debtor follow-up, including making calls.
General finance administration and ad hoc support
About you:
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Has an excellent telephone manner and isn't afraid to call clients
Strong computer skills and organisational skills
