We are currently looking for aHR Officerto join the team on a full-time basis.
You will support the HR team in all areas of the employee life cycle.
Position Summary:
Assist in planning and executing HR activities,programsand initiatives- creating a space for associates to gather and belong
Assistwith the onboarding ofnewassociatesand preparemanagerialemployment contracts
Execute all areas of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements
Strategically manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with the Human Resources Team– inviting,welcomingand connecting with each associate
Plan,organiseand execute TakeCare events and activities, creating a caring community that empowers associates to grow and reach their full potential.
Support theHuman Resourcesteam withadministration tasks andgeneral enquiries
Support the hotel's talent acquisition strategy,welcoming and engaging withassociates
About You:
Relevant experience in a similar role essential
Strong knowledge of employment law
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Working rights in Australia
Enthusiastic to escalate your career
Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-pacedenvironment
