About The Opportunity
We're looking for a Mining Solutions Manager to drive the adoption of Micromine Advance across underground mining operations in the APAC region.
This is a highly engaging, customer-facing role suited to a mining engineer who enjoys blending technical expertise with commercial impact.
You'll work directly with mining customers to understand their planning and scheduling challenges, translating these into practical, value-driven solutions using Advance.




Engage with underground mining customers to understand planning and scheduling challenges
Translate operational requirements into Advance-based solutions and workflows
Lead technical discovery sessions and define use cases and success criteria
Deliver tailored demonstrations using customer data
Design and execute Proof of Value engagements
About You
You're a mining professional who understands underground planning workflows and enjoys working closely with customers to solve real operational challenges.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:
Strong experience in underground mine planning, scheduling, or technical services
Strong understanding of underground planning and scheduling workflows
Experience with mine planning software (e.g. Advance, Deswik, Datamine or similar)
Ability to translate technical challenges into practical software solutions
