Advanced Aesthetics is a highly regarded Specialist Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery practice on the Gold Coast. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team on a permanent part-time basis (3–4 days per week).

Working alongside Dr Dilip Gahankari OAM, Specialist Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon, you will play an important role in delivering secure, compassionate, and high-quality care to our patients throughout their surgical journey.

This is an exciting chance for a nurse who enjoys working in a fast-paced specialist practice, takes pride in providing exceptional patient care, and is looking to further develop their skills in plastic and reconstructive surgery.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be involved in a variety of clinical duties, including:
Pre-operative and post-operative patient care
Patient consultations and education
Wound assessment and management
Assisting with in-room surgical procedures
Clinical documentation and record keeping
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
Working collaboratively with our surgeons, nurses and administration team




Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 2–3 years' nursing experience in a surgical or specialist clinical environment
Experience in post-operative wound care and patient education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with accurate clinical documentation
Robust organisational and time management skills
Ability to prioritise, problem-solve and work efficiently in a busy environment
A positive, professional and compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace
Previous experience in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery or Cosmetic Surgery
Experience using Genie and Light Room software
Availability for an immediate start
