About the role
Working within the core programs team, the
Project Delivery Coordinator
(Our Future and Core Events) works in accordance with the vision, goals and policies of the AACHWA Board to support the delivery of AACHWA's core programs.
The Project Delivery Coordinator (Our Future and Core Events) operates under the direction of the AACHWA Programs Manager and Project Coordinator (Revealed and Our Business) to lead on the delivery of the Our Future Aboriginal Arts Worker Training program and support the delivery of AACHWA's core annual events: Revealed: New & Emerging WA Aboriginal Artists and the Our Business Aboriginal Art Centre Forum.
The Our Future:



Aboriginal Arts Worker Training Program is delivered in partnership with TAFE and provides accredited practical training and real-world experience to Aboriginal arts workers in regional and remote Western Australia.
Revealed is WA's biggest celebration of Aboriginal art, comprising an expansive exhibition, art market as well as professional and creative development programs for artists and art centre staff.
The Our Business: Aboriginal Art Centre Forum is a week long career development gathering designed to support WA Aboriginal art centres by providing training in effective business management, promoting regional partnerships, and offering networking and market access opportunities.
This is a key role in the planning, delivery, evaluation, and promotion of AACHWA's training and workforce development program/s (Our Future) and will provide essential support to the successful delivery of AACHWA's core professional development, exhibition, and public facing events (Revealed & Our Business).
