You'll work alongside Senior Engineers, support a wide range of customer environments, and gain hands‐on experience with modern cloud technologies while developing toward a future Level 3 position.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 technical support across Microsoft environments.
Troubleshoot servers, networking and cloud technologies.
Assist with infrastructure projects and customer deployments.
Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Work closely with Senior Engineers on larger implementations.
Produce clear technical documentation.
Visit client sites across Sydney when required.

Skills/Must Have

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Current Australian Driver's License.
