Key Responsibilities
Responsible to find new business opportunities for site growth throughout the region
Increase our Support By the Hour (SBH) penetration within our region
Negotiating new contract agreements with customers
Reporting and the achievement of contract budget performance and target equipment turn times
Ensure our customers are provided with world class customer support commercially
Work in collaboration with the Customer Service Representative team in delivering results and collective performance
Regular travel and close proximity to our customers is a key part of this role.
Attending Trade Shows, visiting our customers and developing these relationships will be key.

Candidate skills & requirements
Tertiary qualification in Business or Sales related and/or Engineering course will be highly regarded
Sales training/qualification would be advantageous
Project management training/qualification would be advantageous
Experience working within a Regional OEM Customer Service or Commercial Sales team
Experience working in a sales position with invoicing KPI's
A strong sales focus with robust negotiating skills enhanced by a flair for customer service
Understanding of contractual terms and specifications, commercial and technical
Good working knowledge and understanding of aviation regulations
Positive knowledge of our regional customer base, and ideally has been part of this community, and is well respected throughout the aviation industry
