About Air Restore
Air Restore is a specialist HVAC hygiene, decontamination and remediation company working with some of the largest healthcare networks, government facilities and commercial operators.
We're growing — and we're looking for a self-starter who can hit the ground running and drive new business from day one.
You'll get structured onboarding and full technical training on our services and sectors, backed by an experienced team — but we're looking for someone who already knows how to build a pipeline and close, not someone learning sales for the first time.
The Role
Build client relationships, grow a prospect pipeline and win new business — with real autonomy to drive your own patch.
You'll support the growth of Air Restore's presence across Queensland & Northern NSW — building relationships, managing a prospect pipeline, and working alongside the team to convert opportunities into awarded projects.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach and market research
Build relationships with facility managers, asset managers, consultants and contractors
Conduct client meetings, site visits and presentations
Prepare quotations and proposals
Maintain accurate records of activity and opportunities in the CRM
Manage the full sales cycle — follow-up, negotiation, close
Support handover of awarded projects to the operations team
Attend industry events and networking functions to grow your qualified network

Essential
Demonstrated B2B sales experience, ideally with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
A self-starter who can generate and drive their own pipeline with minimal oversight
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised and reliable — you follow through and don't let things slip
Current Australian driver's licence
Right to work in Australia
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Current Australian Driver Licence.
Desirable
Background in HVAC, technical trades, construction or facilities/asset management
Experience selling into healthcare, government or commercial facilities and/or
Background in a technical, trades or construction-adjacent environment
Experience using a CRM system

Remuneration
Base Salary: $85,000-$90,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + superannuation
Vehicle: Company vehicle provided
Tools: Mobile phone and laptop provided
Training: Structured onboarding and technical training on our services and sectors
