Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced remote technical support for scientific laboratory instrumentation.
Troubleshoot instrument faults and perform root cause analysis.
Support customers and internal service teams with complex technical enquiries.
Interpret technical documentation, service manuals and instrumentation specifications.
Manage technical priorities while delivering outcomes within service and project timelines.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and service records.
About You
You'll ideally bring:
A tertiary qualification inScience,Mechanical Engineering,Biomedical Engineeringor a related discipline.
Experience supporting, servicing or troubleshooting scientific, analytical or medical instrumentation.
A solid understanding of laboratory instrumentation, including mechanical systems, fluidics and pneumatics.
Strong technical fault-finding, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working within service or project delivery timeframes while managing competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently support scientists, laboratory personnel and internal engineering teams.
A collaborative, customer-focused approach with a passion for solving technical challenges.
