About You
You will:
Hold a recognisedEarly Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) qualification/certificationor equivalent recognised by ACECQA
Have approximately4 years' experience working in early childhood education
Be passionate about providing high-quality care, education, and meaningful learning experiences for children
Create warm, nurturing, and inclusive environments where children feel safe, respected, and supported
Be a confident team player who enjoys collaborating, sharing ideas, and supporting colleagues
Bring enthusiasm, creativity, patience, and a positive attitude to your everyday practice
Build robust, respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider community
Have experience implementing theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF) V2.0and supporting high-quality educational programs
Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice
About the Role
As part of Early Childhood Group, you will contribute to delivering high-quality early learning programs acrossLittle Treasures Singleton, Little Treasures Greta, and Bright Beginnings Maitland.
You will work alongside a passionate team of educators within a supportive multi-service network, sharing ideas, resources, and best practices across our centres.
You will play an important role in supporting children's wellbeing, development,



and school readiness while creating engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with theEYLF and National Quality Framework.

Screening & Compliance Requirements
All applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety.
Employment is conditional upon successful completion of all required screening and compliance checks, including:
Verification of a validWorking With Children Check (WWCC)prior to employment
National Criminal History Check
Completion (or willingness to complete) mandatory child protection training
National Workforce Register check
Two mandatory verbal reference checks (including one from the most recent employer and one direct supervisor)
