Business Analyst (Entry / Junior)

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of business improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in business analysis while developing your analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Assist in preparing reports, process documentation, and business cases
Support project teams with requirement analysis, testing, and implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Monitor project progress and maintain accurate documentation
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during system rollouts

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of business processes and data analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Eagerness to learn and develop a career in business analysis

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
Internship, academic projects, or previous experience in business analysis or administration is a plus
Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Jira, or other project management platforms is an advantage
