We're seeking an experienced P&C; Advisorto join a values-driven organisation based in Lismore. This is an excellent prospect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, generalist HR role and enjoys working closely with leaders to drive positive people outcomes.

About the Role

As a trusted advisor, you will partner with managers and leaders across the organisation to provide strategic and operational HR support. You'll play a key role in delivering people initiatives, supporting workforce planning, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring best-practice people management.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing expert HR advice and coaching to leaders
Managing employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and workplace investigations
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities
Assisting with organisational change initiatives and projects
Contributing to policy development and HR process improvements




Supporting learning and development initiatives
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and industrial instruments
Analysing people data and providing insights to support decision-making

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience in a HR Business Partner, HR Advisor or similar role
Solid knowledge of employment legislation and contemporary HR practices
Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
