This is a Monday - Friday role based out of the local branch (one of the largest Australia-wide) where you’ll be leading a diverse team across field sales, showroom sales, equipment hire and technical service.

What you’ll be doing:
Guide new business development
Ensure customer management processes are followed to ensure excellent customer retention and growth
Ensure team compliance to plans
Assist team to develop plans, promotions and pricing strategies
Develop a cohesive, supportive and collaborative team setting




Support initiatives to ensure budgets and KPIs are met or exceeded across the different sectors of the business

What we’re looking for:
Strong Customer Service and People Management experience
An interest in the Rehabilitation and Assistive Technology space either through experience working in Health, Aged Care or Community Care, or via personal experience
Proven experience driving a positive, engaged culture
Experience learning and utilising different technology platforms
