We are looking for an experienced Supervisor who enjoys motivating and coaching Team Members to become sales gurus. You will have the chance to support the Store Manager with the general operations of our store at Brookvale while developing your leadership skills and business understanding.

You Will Have
Experience working closely with the Store Manager supporting store operations and sales
Ability to supervise and inspire Team Members to advance their sales career with us

Strong selling background achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs

You Will Be Responsible For
Providing guidance, feedback and encouragement for Team Members to become top performers
Leading by example and creating customer service experiences that are second to none
Maintaining exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards
Supporting the Store Manager to implement marketing and store promotion strategies in store
Assisting with completing administrative and operational requirements for your store
