$34.00 / hr on dayshift
$39.10 / hr on afternoon shift

Are you looking for a long-term opportunity to develop your skills with a leading manufacturer? We are seeking a reliable Factory / Machine Operator to join our clients team in Crestmead.

What’s on offer:
Full time hours: 38 hours per week, worked across 4 days (Friday off).
Weekly rotating shifts
Experience preferred but training provided, with the opportunity to grow into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
Machine set up/break down and operate extruder machine in line with procedures.
Operate machinery while maintaining production efficiency.
Pack final products ready for quality assurance testing.




Work safely and effectively as part of the factory team.

About You:
Mechanically minded, quick to learn, and proactive with a “can-do” attitude.
Physically fit and capable of moving 20kg+ regularly.
Current Forklift licence is ESSENTIAL
Driver’s licence and reliable transport.
Solid awareness of workplace health & safety procedures.
