The Role:
Based in the corporate head office (CBD) one day and onsite in the Sales Suites the other 4 days, your day to day will include:
Manage prospective purchasers through the sales journey from initial enquiry to appointment, deposit, and exchange
maintaining strong customer relationships, protecting the accuracy and integrity of project data, and supporting the achievement of project sales targets
Undertake outbound calling and follow up activity to generate appointments and progress customers through the sales funnel.
deliver a professional,



timely and customer focused experience while demonstrating strong sales discipline, accurate system use
Maintain the Sales Office to a high presentation standard, including collateral, displays, cleanliness etc
Keep the Project Manager and Project Director informed of customer updates, risks, delays and pipeline movements.
Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings as required
About You:
Previous experience in selling off-the-plan (in apartments ideally)
Professional presentation and confident customer facing manner
Proactive, organised and accountable, with the ability to work to targets, deadlines and KPIs
