Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial fit out projects from estimating through to final handover.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll have genuine ownership of your projects from tendering to award through to final handover.
You'll be empowered to make decisions, build lasting client relationships and deliver projects that exceed expectations.
This role offers the autonomy, responsibility and support that experienced Project Managers are often looking for but rarely find.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle of projects from estimating through to handover
Manage multiple live projects simultaneously
Prepare project take-offs, delivery programmes and work schedules
Work closely with our in-house manufacturing facility and/or third parties to coordinate production and delivery programs
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, trades and site personnel
Track and monitor project costs, forecasting, variations and reporting
Manage all defects, variations and OH&S; professionally and efficiently
Conduct site measures and regular site visits throughout project lifecycle
Ensure projects meet time, budget and quality expectations
Produce weekly project updates for management and stakeholders
Effectively manage all stakeholders' clients, suppliers, trades and consultants
Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with WHS obligations and Australian Building Standards
Promote safe work practices and lead by example onsite
Oversee inductions, SWMS, hazard reporting, and PPE compliance
Maintain robust documentation and compliance standards
Your Responsibilities
Deliver multiple commercial construction and fitout projects from inception to completion.
Lead project planning, programming and delivery.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
Build exceptional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts.
Control project profitability and commercial outcomes.
Manage procurement, contract administration and project variations.
Ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule and within budget.
Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
Lead quality assurance and defect management.
Drive a strong safety culture across every project.
Provide accurate reporting to Directors.
Who We're Looking For

5+ years' experience in commercial fitouts and Project Management
Solid commercial and financial management capability.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously.
Experience leading subcontractors and project teams.
Outstanding planning and organisational skills.
Strong understanding of Australian construction practices and WHS requirements.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Highly Regarded
Joinery or shopfitting experience.
Construction Management qualification or trade background.
Ability to build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business.
