We Are Hiring: Motivated Workers (Grit Blaster / Coating Applicator / Painter)

About the Role

You will be involved in the preparation and coating of steel structures to protect against corrosion. Work is primarily carried out in office across Wollongong and the East Coast of Australia, including ports, industrial sites, and marine environments.

Full training will be provided.

Typical duties include:
Surface preparation (cleaning, drying, grit blasting)




Application of protective coatings
Working as part of a team on various project sites

What We’re Looking For
Experience in industrial painting, blasting, or coatings (advantageous)
Experience as a painter, mechanic, welder, or diver (beneficial)
Ability to perform physically demanding work
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
No claustrophobia (confined space work may be required)
Flexible with working hours
Valid driver's licence (Class C)
Good communication in English
Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
