Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will have broad range of responsibilities include:
End-to-end accounts payable, including invoice processing, approvals, payment runs and supplier reconciliations
Accounts receivable, including invoicing, receipting, collections and debtor management
Bank, credit card and general ledger reconciliations, including journals and intercompany transactions
Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the integrity of financial data
Monitoring cash flow and reporting on upcoming payments and outstanding receivables
Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients and suppliers while responding to account enquiries
Assisting with month-end processes and financial reporting
Identifying and supporting continuous process improvements across the finance function
Providing ad hoc finance and administration support as required
Ideal candidate for this role:
3+ years' experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar accounting role
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations
A proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Solid attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
A high level of ownership, accountability and problem-solving ability
Experience using accounting software
