We're partnered with a well-established mining organisation seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a FIFO from Brisbane opportunity supporting site-based operations.
This is a hands-on role working closely with leaders on site, providing support across the full employee lifecycle including employee relations, workforce planning, and day-to-day HR delivery.
You'll play a key role in ensuring consistent HR practices across site while contributing to a positive and productive work setting.
This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability within a well-performing mining operation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day HR support across site operations
Support leaders with employee relations matters, including investigations and case management
Assist with workforce planning and recruitment activities
Support performance management and development processes
Contribute to enterprise agreement application and IR processes
Drive engagement, culture, and wellbeing initiatives
Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across site
About You
Experience in a HR Advisor role within mining or heavy industry
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and IR processes
Confident supporting leaders in a site-based environment
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Practical, solutions-focused approach
Ability to manage competing priorities in a quick-paced environment
Current driver's licence
