MiHaven is seeking a Financial Controller who will sit at the table with our Directors, leading a small finance team and driving commercial insight across major projects in Cairns. This role goes beyond reporting to actively shape financial strategy and project performance.
You’ll oversee budgets, forecasts, cash flow and reporting while influencing operational leaders and challenging the status quo. A proactive mindset and construction experience are valuable but not essential.
