About the Role
Working closely with our experienced team, you'll learn every aspect of the real estate industry while building a successful career as a high performing Sales Agent.
Your responsibilities will include
Assisting with the management of buyers and vendors.
Attending open homes and private inspections.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Following up buyer enquiries and generating new opportunities.
Maintainaccurate client records within the CRM system.
Supporting negotiations and sales campaigns.
Prospecting for new business and growing your profile within the local community.
Delivering an exceptional customer service to buyers, vendors,



and all prospective clients.
Prepare contracts and sales documentation in accordance with legislation.
Support property management tasks accurately and within required timeframes.
Assist in achievingTEAMsales targets.
Demonstrate ongoing professional development and progression towards becoming a Licensed Sales Agent.
Assist with general office administration & customer service when required.
