About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for aService Technicianto join ourServiceteam based inArndell Parkon apermanent full-time basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to the service team to ensure effective and efficient department functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Travel across suburbs to assist clients with their specific needs.
Respond promptly and professionally to client requests.
Perform repairs within training, skill base, and capability.
Provide exceptional service and uphold quality standards.
Conduct scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs, including ordering spare parts and accessories.
Coordinate with the purchasing department for necessary components.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.




Take full ownership of assigned tasks and see them through to completion.
Maintain professionalism and integrity at all times.
Skills/Experience Required
Sound mechanical aptitude
Customer-centric and people-focused approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Proactive and good problem-solving ability.
Sound Computer Literacy (CRM and Microsoft Office Suite).
