We're on the hunt for an experienced Transport Administrator to join a busy transport and logistics team based in Larapinta.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment, thrives on organisation, and has previous transport or logistics administration experience.

Monday to Friday | 12:00pm - 4:00pm
$35 per hour + Super
Larapinta location with onsite parking

About the role
You'll play a key role in keeping transport operations running smoothly by providing administrative support to the transport team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating driver paperwork and transport documentation
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with drivers, customers and internal departments




Scheduling and updating transport information
Assisting with PODs and freight documentation
General administration and customer service duties
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a transport, logistics or warehouse administration role
Strong data entry and computer skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressureExperience with transport management systems (highly regarded)
A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
