Marketing Specialist (Digital and E-commerce)

A Full time, permanent role

Based at our head office in Northgate, Brisbane

S&S; hair.beauty is a dominant player in the hair and beauty industry:- with 26 salons providing services plus a robust online presence for the direct sale of products and services to customers.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Company Directors, you will be responsible for using several digital marketing strategies to advertise our brand, attract customers to our salons and promote our online platform for convenient home shopping.

Primary Responsibilities:

Plan, develop and implement digital advertising campaigns

Create and publish content in salon and across social media, websites, newsletters, email

Monitor and analyse service and product sales results

Analyse market trends and evaluate competitor activity

Manage product data, images,



descriptions, and pricing

Manage the day-to-day tasks of a marketing assistant

Collaborate with Sales and Operations for feedback and ensure optimum performance

About You:

Have 5 + years’ marketing experience (including digital & e-commerce) of which 3+ years’ experience is gained in a strategic marketing role within the hair and beauty industry

Hold a Degree in marketing or a related field

Highly skilled in Microsoft Office

Highly skilled in using social media platforms

Skilled with the use of ChatGPT

Experienced with Canva or similar

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Solid organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
