About the Role

As our Maintenance Co-ordinator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and presentation of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment while meeting all legislative and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility upkeep.
Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers.
Manage workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements and risk management.
Ensure compliance with fire safety, building maintenance, and relevant regulations.
Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritise urgent repairs.
Assist in maintaining the grounds and ensuring the facility is presented to a high standard.

About You

You are a reliable, organised,



and hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team. You take pride in maintaining safe, functional, and welcoming environments and have a genuine commitment to supporting older Australians.

Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience in building or facilities maintenance.
Solid problem-solving and practical repair skills.
Knowledge of WHS requirements and maintenance compliance.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
Experience in aged care, healthcare, or a similar environment (desirable but not essential).
