The Role

We currently have a fantastic and challenging career opportunity for motivated and knowledgeable casual Commis Chefs to join our agile Team.

The successful candidates will be required to:
Assist in the creation and execution of exquisite culinary offerings that delight our guests.




Embrace cutting-edge techniques to create dishes that inspire and delight.
Have at least 3 years of A la Carte or Banquet experience.
Work closely with our team of seasoned chefs to ensure our dish reflects our commitment to excellence.
Embrace challenges with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, prioritise workload and work on a rotating roster
Perfect your craft with strong attention to details, precision and finesse, ensuring every dish is a masterpiece.
Maintain impeccable standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation at all times.
