Hunter Hotel Group
Central Coast Council
Hunter Hotel Group is looking for a creative and motivated marketing all-rounder to join our team on a casual basis, with a genuine pathway to a permanent role for the right person. We operate ten hotels across the Central Coast, Hunter and North Coast regions, and we need someone who can roll up their sleeves and help bring our marketing to life.
This is a hands-on role supporting the marketing function across the group - from social media and content creation through to promotions, design support and reporting. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoy variety in your work, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the creation of content for social media, websites, email campaigns and digital platforms. Assisting with social media scheduling, posting and community engagement across multiple hotel accounts. Helping plan and deliver marketing promotions and events, including on-the-ground coordination. Contributing to the development and maintenance of hotel brand guidelines, particularly during renovations or rebrands. Producing and updating marketing collateral using design software, working alongside our design team. Tracking marketing performance across social, web and email channels,
and assisting with reporting. Keeping an eye on industry trends, competitor activity and customer insights to help inform our marketing approach.
What We're Looking For
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal. A valuable working knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing basics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus. Someone organised, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. A creative, enthusiastic team player who takes initiative. Hospitality experience is welcome but not essential. A marketing or communications qualification is advantageous but not required.
Why Hunter Hotel Group?
You'll get to work across a diverse portfolio of well-known hotels, see your ideas put into action, and be part of a team that values fresh thinking and collaboration. While the role starts as casual, there's a transparent opportunity to grow into a permanent position as the marketing function develops. It's a great way to get your foot in the door with a growing hospitality group.
