The Earl of Leicester is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team!
Located in Parkside, we're a busy, family-friendly pub known for outstanding food, genuine hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere.
About the role:You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, lead and support our team, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.
We're looking for someone who: Has previous supervisory or management experience in hospitalityHolds current RSA, RSG and RP certificatesIs a confident leader with excellent communication skillsThrives in a fast-paced environmentIs available to work a flexible 7-day roster, including evenings and weekendsHas a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
