The role focuses on protected, efficient asphalt laying to high quality standards, with a hands-on approach to coordinating plant, deliveries and personnel to meet daily targets.
The ideal candidate will manage toolbox talks, monitor performance, ensure WHS compliance and oversee temperature control, compaction and traffic interfaces.
