The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business & Data Analyst to join Storage King's Data, Analytics & AI team.
This role supports our technology, transformation and data strategy by combining business analysis with data analytics to deliver insights, reporting solutions and process improvements.
Reporting to the Data, Analytics & AI Manager, you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to support technology initiatives, improve decision-making and deliver meaningful outcomes that contribute to Storage King's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse and document business requirements, user stories and process maps for technology and transformation initiatives.
Translate business needs into functional specifications while supporting the IT demand intake and prioritisation process.
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, SQL queries and reporting that provide insights into business and store performance.




Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Support user acceptance testing, process improvements, data quality initiatives and change activities.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve business processes and documentation.
What you'll bring
2 - 5 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar hybrid role.
Experience building trusted relationships with business stakeholders and confidently presenting insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Advanced SQL skills and demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reporting to provide insights into business and store performance.
Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake is highly regarded.
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience with Jira, Microsoft 365, Power Automate or Python is advantageous, along with exposure to retail, multi-site or transformation environments.
