Due to continued growth, we're expanding and seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving manufacturing and operations desk.
This is not a cold desk.

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a strong track record
Results-driven, self-motivated, and commercially astute
Ability to develop, mentor and inspire others while continuing to perform
Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining autonomy
Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences
